Blowing one’s nose, sneezing, spitting and coughing are everyday actions that can become high-risk in the event of illness. To curb the pandemic and save lives, a few simple actions will make all the difference.

Specific hygiene rules must be followed:

- Covering the mouth when coughing, preferably with a handkerchief.
- Covering the nose and mouth when sneezing, preferably with a handkerchief.
- Blowing one’s nose with tissues.
- Only spitting into a handkerchief.
- Washing one’s hands after coughing, sneezing and spitting into a handkerchief.

The handkerchief should be a single-use tissue. Once used, it should be placed in a bin lined with a bag and, if possible, covered with a lid.

Of course, it is also very important to teach these actions now to children
