If you are going abroad

If you want to travel to a part of the world affected by the influenza pandemic, obtain information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs beforehand to make sure you are up to date with the situation and any measures you will need to take.

In general you should avoid all gathering places, which are favourable to the spread of the virus. Group visits organised by a guide for example should be avoided, as should queues.

Hotels will take steps to limit contagion. Ask hotels about these measures and ensure you respect them.
